4.6lbs lost the first week!!! Woot!!
I discovered a new work out machine that I'm in LOVE with. The elliptical! To me it's the perfect solution to the boring ass treadmill. It gets my heart rate up fast and when I'm done I'm sweating like a fool. I love it!
Weight Watchers is still going great. It really is surprising just how much food you can eat and still lose weight. This of course depends on the decisions made. I do wish I had more meat choices. Chicken is great but every night is getting to be a bit much.
Today is my 3rd day without a diet coke. I didn't really plan on quitting because after all they are "free" no ww points. But I discovered some drink flavor packets that I love and so I've just been guzzling the water.
Shew. It's a long hard road undoing the mistakes of long ago. It's so hard to change. But it's getting easier with each day I stick to it.

Day 2
I think I'm gonna like this Weight Watchers thing pretty well. I've been amazed at how much I really can eat if I make the right choices. Last nights Veg soup left me so full and satisfied and was only 4 points a bowl! It was really yummy too!
Today I discovered that 3 egg whites is only 1 point! So I poached just the whites of 3 eggs and had them on an English muffin with a slice of Canadian bacon and for 6 points I was very satisfied.
I am an egg LOVER so knowing I can eat the hell out of some egg whites makes me very very happy. Tonight we are having homemade pizza. I of course am changing mine up to fit my points. Normally when I make pizza for us it's smothered in cheese, and pepperonis. Well tonight my pizza is gonna break down like this:
Crust 6 points (I wish I had a better solution for this)
Cheese 4 points
Chicken 4 points
Sauce 0 points
Mushrooms 0 points
Green Pepper 0 points
Onion 0 points
Sounds pretty yummy huh? I've never had chicken on pizza before. The thing is I HAVE to have a meat for supper or else I feel like I didn't eat a "meal". I've decided to just come to grips with that fact and pick my best options. I'm also going to have a side salad and prolly some whole kernel corn. I have only used up 6 of my points for the day partly because I knew supper was going to be pretty high tonight. And partly because I slept in late.

1 Slice Canadian Bacon 2pts
2 Tbsp Salsa 0 pts
Snack
1 piece of whole wheat bread 1pt
1 piece of turkey 1pt

Welcome to Big Ass Exercising
Every year I hear the same ole thing. " New Year New Life!" . Bullshit. New life for a few weeks or months then it's right back to the same ole shit different day! Every year I say I'm going to keep the house cleaner, eat less, exercise more, have more patience with the kids. By mid Feb the house is a mess, I'm eating everything in sight, sitting on my big ass screaming at the kids. Sigh. So I decided why change my yearly ritual.
2010 is a NEW YEAR NEW LIFE. Not really. I really just want to lose some weight. So this blog is a way to keep track of doing that. Here's what I've done so far in achieving that goal.
1. Decided to do something.
2. Googled how to do something.
3. Joined Jillian Micheals.com (Her skinny ass plastered all over everything makes me want to eat. Just sayin')
4. Looked for and decided aganist a weight loss buddy. Last thing I need is somebody hounding my ass about what I'm not doing.
5. Filled out the paper work to join the YMCA.
6. Decided I'm actually going to take that paper work back and join tomorrow.
7. Weighed my self. OMG. Really. Can those scales be right?
8. Decided aganist announcing my weight for the world to see.
9. Started this blog. ( Who would have thought there was already a blog named Bye Bye Fat Ass.)
10. Set a goal of 70lbs. Then decided I needed a shorter goal to keep me semi motivated. So my first goal is 41lbs. Then thought "hell how long will it take me to do that?". So I set an even shorter goal of 2lbs a week. So each week is fail or pass for me. I'm going to weigh in each Friday. So I have until Friday to lose 2lbs. See sounds better than I gotta lose 70 lbs. Just saying that makes me wanna eat.
Tomorrow I'm going to weigh myself on the YMCA scales for a more accurate weight. My cheap ole dusty scales aren't real accurate. I hope.
